450 W Beidler Project
The townhome complex will target consumers who are searching for a suburban feel while still being close to city amenities.
9 townhomes are included in this proposal, each with a comfortable 2,100 square foot living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a garage.
Each unit will have a third-floor master suite, laundry closet, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second floor will be an open layout featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living room area. First floor has a spacious family room and an entrance to the garage.
Potential options will be a powder room on the first floor, a larger deck coming out of the dining room area, a first-floor patio, and hardwood floors on the master suite level.
Starting price is projected at $725,000 with options potentially increasing the price to $775,000. I’m looking to raise 1 million now until groundbreaking.
55 Glencrest Project
55 Glencrest Rd, Coatesville PA. This is a 16-acre two-lot land. After the purchase of the property, we presented our idea to the Valley Township of 116 Units. As of now, we have completed our survey of the property. Our development plans are in progress in coordination with township officials. We are currently reviewing the following options: 100% project-based affordable housing, mixed rentals, and starter homes. Within the next 60 days, in collaboration with the Valley Township, we will establish a final plan and put together a construction budget.
